The Drop Joys are a pop/rock band that began in 2003. Members; Kevin LeBlanc/ singer,songwriter, Dan Barsi/drums, Cary Corvair/bass and Mark Olynyk/electric guitar, have been making a name for themselves in Toronto's music scene.

Playing such venues as the Horse Shoe Tavern, The Cadillac Lounge, Breakfast Television, along with charity's and festivals. The Drop Joys are Influenced by musicians such as The Beatles, Coldplay, The Smiths, Oasis, The Kinks, Pink Floyd, REM, Beck, Steely Dan, Sex Pistols, The Dandy Warhols and more...The Drop Joys music is energetic, melodic, fun spirited and up-beat.

The Drop Joys are soon to release their Debut CD in 2007. Sorry....you'll have to stay tuned for further developments. The band is currently re-mixing and re-mastering under a new engineer. Over the past year, they have been in a transitional stage, developing and crafting a sound to which they hope will elevate them to a new and more exciting level.
