Alex Beech

When Alex Beech made her first move to Toronto last year, she had the opportunity to work with Matt Barnes and fell in love with the camera lens ever since. Beech moved from Orangeville, Ont. to pursue an education at Humber College as a PR representative and has been modeling for a little over a year. At 19-years-old, Beech has discovered her favourite part of modeling, “I love creatives; being able to dress up in different wardrobes and having crazy different hair and makeup makes me feel like a completely different person!”

The beautiful Beech is currently focusing on her school career, as well as modeling, and hopes to create a name for herself in the world of Public Relations in the next 5 years. “I want to be finished school and hopefully working as a PR rep for a sports team or a special events planner,” Beech said.  Her love for Hockey, which is also one of the ways she stays in shape, is how she plans on helping herself reach her goals as a PR representative.

One of the many admirable things about Beech, other than her enthusiasm for modeling and school, is her positive attitude towards families in need. When her parents divorced at a young age it opened up a wonderful opportunity for her to help build a Habitat for Humanity home her family to live in. If Beech could do one thing to make this world a more positive place she replied, “To be involved with Habitat for Humanity around the world. I want to spread the word about how many doors it opens and help families the way that I was helped.”

Beauty, brains, humbleness and ambition is the perfect recipe for success and Beech is well on her way to paving a successful path with the help from Girls of Glam.
