Kera is a young unicorn. She loves to play, bake and help out whenever she can. Today for Kera was a day where she would be helping.

Kera was walking through the forest which is right beside the cave where she lives with her mother father and brother. Kera was feeling thirsty so she decided to take a walk to the drinking stream which was in the middle of the forest. As she walked closer to the stream there was a person crouched down looking in the stream. At first Kera didn't know what to think of this. As she got closer to this person she could see that it was a beautiful princess.

"Oh no I have lost it" said the princess as she reached down into the stream with her hand trying to grab something but her arm wasn't long enough to reach whatever it was she was trying to get.

"What have you lost?“ Asked Kera as she stood beside the princess startling her.” I have lost it and I am going to be in a lot of trouble by my father the king if I don't get it back “she answered in a panic.”

What have you lost? “Kera asked again curious to know what the princess was looking for.”

My tiara it fell into the stream as I was walking along those rocks and I slipped when I slipped my tiara fell off of my head and into the stream." "Oh my" answered Kera as she looked down into the stream looking at the golden tiara that sat at the bottom of it . Kera tried to reach it with her horn but the tiara was to far in the middle of the stream for her to reach it so she went into the middle of the stream bent down head under the water and all of her neck but she still couldn't reach it Kera tried again but she still couldn't quite reach it.

Oh dear what were they going to do? Kera came up with a plan, she had an idea. She walked back up onto the edge of the stream and looked at the princess who looked like she was about to cry.

"Don't worry I have an idea” said Kera as she tried to comfort the princess.

Why don't you hold on to my legs while I dive under and get your tiara?" The princess agreed but was afraid for Kera because she knew that this would be very dangerous. The princess then walked into the middle of the stream behind Kera lifted up her back legs so that Kera's head was under the water.

Kera then reached as far as she could with her horn but it wouldn't catch the first time but the second time she tried she pushed her horn down in to the sand under it and hooked it on .

Standing up the tiara slide down her horn and it landed on her head. " Oh thank you, thank you so much " said the princess as she took the tiara off of Keras head and placed back on her own head, “I don't know how I can thank you enough" she said as she gave Kera a great big hug.

"My name is Kera" she said as the princess was still hugging her." My name is Lana “said the princess as she let go of Kera's neck.” You’re very welcome, “I'm glad I could help” answered Kera as she took a drink from the stream.

The reason why she came to the stream in the first place. Kera had made a new friend and after that day Kera would visit Lana quite a bit.
